What should participants bring with them?

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are supplied with at least the following for each clinic: packed lunch (and snacks); drinks for the day; appropriate clothing to suit the weather; trainers/boots; gum guard; and any other items deemed necessary by yourself (e.g. waterproofs).

What happens if the weather is poor?

Quality indoor facilities are available for our use at venues in both Edinburgh and Cockermouth.

What if my child(ren) has a medical condition?

Parents/guardians should ensure that TotalRugby.org are made aware of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the start of the clinic. This can be done on your booking form. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child takes any necessary medication on the day of the clinic.

What time should participants be dropped off/picked up?

Participants can be dropped off from 9.30am onwards for a 10am start. Parents/guardians are to collect participants no later than 15 minutes after the clinic end time of 3pm. (Alternative arrangements may be possible with agreement from TotalRugby.org direct).

What if my child(ren) is unable to attend the clinic on any day?

Parents/guardians are to inform TotalRugby.org, or the relevant Clinic Co-ordinator, of a participant’s non-attendance before 10am on the morning of the clinic.

Is it ok to stay and watch my child participating in the clinic?

All parents/guardians are welcome to spectate at any time, and are invited to attend at the end of each day for the daily presentation if they so wish.

Where can we park when dropping off/picking up our child(ren)

Edinburgh

Please enter via Fettes College on North Fettes Avenue and make your way over to the car park at the west side of the building. You will see a path next to the astroturf and Westwoods Health Club, follow the path to the right which takes you down past the games hall and leads to the pitches. Entry via Westwoods Health Club is unavailable as there is a member’s only token system and barrier entry.

Cockermouth

The club house has ample free parking available.
