Got a Question?
On arrival children will be directed to the coach for their age group for sign in. There will be a co-ordinator on site if any parents require to speak to someone directly, or they can call us on 07730 529 643 or e-mail info@totalrugby.org
Please ensure that all children are dressed for the weather, however there will be indoor facilities available for us at Fettes if required.
More details will be e-mailed to everyone prior to our camps, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at info@totalrugby.org
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring that children are supplied with at least the following for each camp: packed lunch (and snacks); drinks for the day; appropriate clothing to suit the weather; trainers/boots; gum guard (compulsory for P4 and up); and any other items deemed necessary by yourself (e.g. waterproofs).
If the weather is really bad we have access to quality indoor facilities at our Fettes College playing fields venue in Edinburgh. For the most part we will remain outdoors.
Fettes Playing Fields Venue – Please enter via the Fettes College gate on Crewe Road South, and make your way to the car park at the west side. The College grounds are strictly 10mph please.
Follow the path from the car park down past the tennis courts and to the right of the Westwoods building towards the pitches. The children should be collected from here at the end of the day too.
Please DO NOT enter via the Westwoods Health Club car park as there is a member’s only barrier entry.
Meggetland Venue – There is a car park for use on entry to the venue, please note the one way system. Children can now be brought down to the pitch in front of the main stand to meet their coach (please note the location for meeting may change depending on what pitches we are allocated but we will let everyone know prior to arrival)
Parents/carers should ensure that TotalRugby are made aware of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the start of the camp. This can be done on your booking form. Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring their child takes any necessary medication on the day of the camp.
Children can be dropped off from 9.30am onwards for a 10am start. Coaching finishes at 3pm each day in time for the daily presentation. Parents/carers are asked to collect their children at the camp end time of 3.30pm. You are welcome to come and watch the presentation from 3.15pm onwards.
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably prior to the camp starting at 10am. You can e-mail us or drop us a message on 07730 529 643.
Yes we are allowed spectators at our chosen locations. Please be discreet and respectful whilst watching.
If you have any further questions which are not covered above please do get in touch.
